thick soy sauce
sweet soy sauce
oyster sauce
squid
Instructions
Grind onion, garlic and ginger into a fine paste.
In a wok, heat oil under medium flame, and fry paste until fragrant.
Add spices and chili paste and fry until the oil separates.
Add the thick soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little bit of water.
Add in the squid and stir well until cooked.
Add in the cooked potatoes, onion rings and tomatoes.
