cherry tomatoes
mixed herbs
black pepper sauce
red onions
ginger
garlic

seasoning of choice
e.g. chicken stock cube
Instructions
Blend onion, garlic and ginger in a bit of water.
Marinade chicken pieces with the paste along with some black pepper sauce, powdered black pepper and mixed herbs.
Allow to marinade for 30 minutes.
In a pan heat some oil under medium heat and fry the marinated chicken until cooked.
Add seasoning, salt, and cherry tomatoes.
Serve warm or room temperature with white rice.
