chicken
tamarind juice
oyster sauce
sweet soy sauce
Holland onion
red onion
garlic
ginger
bird's eye chili
salt
turmeric powder
Instructions
Cut chicken into cubes and coat with turmeric and salt.
Fry until half cooked.
Slice onions, garlic, ginger and sauté in a pan of hot oil under medium heat until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, water and chilies.
Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
Then add back the chicken and season with salt and sugar.
