Ingredients

red onion
garlic
red chili pepper
bird's eye chili
shrimp paste
tomatoes
petai
anchovies
soaked
Instructions
Blend onion, garlic, chilies, shrimp paste, and tomatoes with a little bit of water.
Fry the anchovies until crispy.
Drain and set aside.
In the same pan of oil, pour in the blended mixture from earlier and cook until the oil has separated.
Add back in the fried anchovies and petai.
Stir to combine. Serve with white rice.
