Pasta Penne Cili Padi Puff

Looking for some spicy fusion food to wow your guests? Here's a recipe for a puff pastry stuffed with spicy penne pasta.
Be careful how much cili padi you use though, remember to adjust the recipe if you can't handle the heat.

bird's eye chili

minced chicken

oyster sauce

coriander stalks
finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste

puff pastry

egg
for egg wash
Instructions
Sauté garlic and bird's eye chili until fragrant, then add minced chicken and cook until done.
Add oyster sauce and mix well, then add cooked penne pasta, coriander, and lime juice. Let the filling cool.
Fill the puff pastry with the filling and cover with crisscrossed puff pastry.
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with coriander on top, and bake at 160°C for 25 minutes or until puff pastry is cooked. Ready to serve!
