For Chicken Wings

all-purpose flour
for frying

garlic soy Sauce
seaweed powder
sesame seeds
For Rice Balls

hot plain white rice
softened with a little water

mayonnaise

fish sauce

sesame oil

Instructions
For Chicken Wings
Place chicken wings and flour in a covered container.
Shake until evenly coated.
Marinate for half an hour.
Heat oil and fry chicken wings until crispy.
Remove and drain excess oil.
When cooled, place in a covered container with Garlic Soy Sauce. Shake until evenly coated.
Serve and sprinkle with seaweed and sesame seeds.
For Rice Balls
Mix all the rice ball ingredients, adjusting the taste.
Shape into small balls.
Arrange rice balls, chicken wings, and salad.
Refrigerate it first before removing from the container.
