Fresh fenugreek leaves

Finely-chopped Onion

Fresh tomato

Minced Garlic

Sesame oil
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Wash and clean the fenugreek leaves.
Add sesame oil, garlic, onion, and stir-fry.
Add fenugreek leaves and saute until wilted.
Add two cups of water, salt, pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve and can be eaten together with white rice.
