soy sauce

Instructions
Combine sugar, honey, soy sauce, water, garlic and ginger slices.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add salmon fillet and scoop the sauce over it making sure the fillet is nicely coated with the marinade.
Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan.
Pan-fry salmon for 3 minutes.
Flip the salmon and then pour the marinade sauce and allow it to thicken.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions and you may serve it with steamed rice!
