Fresh vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots or mushrooms)
Stir-fry sauce (can make this by yourself with soy sauce, garlic powder and sesame oil)
Stir-fry noodles
Optional
Oil
Instructions
Heating a wok or pan over high heat.
Add oil.
Then add chosen vegetables along with the sauces.
Keep stirring until everything starts to cook through; lower the heat slightly if needed so nothing burns.
Serve as is or over steamed rice or noodles.
