Cooked white rice
Sliced grilled chicken pieces
Scrambled eggs
Onions and carrots (cut diced)

Instructions
Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Then add the diced vegetables, such as onions and carrots and cook them until they are tender.
Add the cooked white rice and mix everything until it combines well.
Next, crack two or three eggs into the pan and scramble them lightly before adding the grilled chicken strips.
Lastly, seasoning the whole thing with salt and pepper to taste before stirring everything one last time to combine all the ingredients nicely.
Notes
If you are rushing, you can poach the vegetables instead of stir-fry.
