Chicken Shepherd's Pie

This savoury dessert is a neat alternative for those days when your baby is too fussy for rice. Mummies can also add vegetables in this pie for more nutritional value!

Pie Filling

Instructions
Mashed Potatoes
Cut potatoes and put in a steamer.
Once soft, remove and add into a bowl.
Add full cream milk and baby-safe cheese powder to the mashed potatoes.
Mix to incorporate.
Mash until mixture is soft.
Pie Filling
Melt unsalted butter in a pot.
Sauté chopped red onions and minced garlic.
Add ground chicken and baby-safe pasta sauce.
Add warm water into pan.
Add diced tomatoes.
Stir to combine ingredients into sauce.
Assembly
In an aluminium foil cup, add pie filling.
Add the mashed potatoes on top of pie filling.
Add mozzarella cheese on top of potatoes.
Bake in air fryer in 170° Celsius for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
