Noni Sprouts
(daun mengkudu muda)

Grated coconut

Yellow Onion
julienned

Vinegar
Salt
to taste
Sugar
to taste
Instructions
Blanch noni sprouts for three to five seconds. Drain and toss.
Slice sprouts into one-inch slices. Set aside.
Slice yellow onions into thin slices.
Combine noni sprout slices with yellow onion slices, grated coconut and vinegar in one bowl.
Season with salt and sugar to taste. Mix to incorporate and serve.
