Grated coconut

Anchovies
Cooking oil
Salt
to taste
Sugar
to taste
Instructions
Clean pennywort leaves and cut into one inch in length. Set aside.
Heat up cooking oil and fry anchovies until crispy. Set aside.
Julienne yellow onions and add into one bowl. Combine anchovies, yellow onions, pennywort, and grated coconut into one bowl. Mix to combine.
Add salt and sugar to taste. Mix again to combine. Ready to serve.
