Instructions
Debone and dice up the chicken thigh; dice up the bell pepper; wash and slice up the lily buds.
Add 5 grams of salt, egg white and the diced chicken thigh into a bowl and mix thoroughly, let it marinate for a while.
Heat up the pan with cooking oil, pan fry the diced chicken thigh until yellowish; add the minced ginger and garlic, cook until fragrant.
Add the diced bell pepper, lily buds and salt. Stir fry until the bell pepper and lily buds are soft, then can be served.
