Instructions
Ground the ingredients that are marked (*).
Heat oil and sauté until fragrant.
Add lemongrass, and then add chicken.
Mix until the spices are well blended with the fresh chicken and then add a little water.
Cook until the meat is tender, the kampung chicken can be quite hard, so you can add a little more water to it.
Add 1 1/2 small boxes of coconut milk and stir well.
Then add sugar, salt, asam keping and turmeric leaves.
Add the puding leaves.
After that, you can add in the kerisik and mix well.
Cook until the rendang gravy is thick enough for your taste, and it's ready!
