Instructions
Preheat oven to 190C.
Break eggs into a bowl.
Whisk the egg.
Flatten bread using a rolling pin.
Spread butter onto flattened bread.
Tear bread into half.
Place bread into a muffin tray.
Press with fork to secure.
Scoop egg into bread cups.
Top with cheese. You may use any types of cheese for this. I used cheddar cheese slices as these are the only cheese I have in my kitchen at this moment.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 20 minutes or until the cheese turns brown.
Serve.
