Instructions
Clean chicken feet.
Sprinkle sea salt all over them.
Rub the salt thoroughly.
Pour boiling hot water over them and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
Remove from soaking water and rinse.
In a pot, bring together garlic and spring onion. Add cleaned chicken feet and pour hot water over.
Cover the pot and pressure boil for 20 to 30 minutes. Leave to cool once done.
Pour into jars and refrigerate.
