Heat up a pot of salted water and add in your egg noodles once the water starts boiling.
Drain the water once the noodles are cooked to your liking and stir well with oil (for a healthier substitute, you may opt for olive oil or unsalted butter) before setting aside.
Meatball Sauce Preparation
Heat up your cooking pot with oil and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. This is cue to add in your minced beef.
Next, when your minced beef is half cooked, add in your meatballs and stir well.
Then comes the carrots, diced tomatoes, and capsicums. Stir often until fragrant, then pour in spaghetti sauce of your choice.
For a less thick consistency, add in two cups of the boiled water from cooking your noodles.
Finally, add in the oregano, parmesan cheese, and salt to taste. Mix well and leave to simmer and boil over.
