Instructions
Sauté the green onion, ginger, clove, and coriander seeds for 30 seconds. Add water to it.
Add cilantro sprigs and chicken. Remove the chicken once it is cooked.
Let the broth boil and set aside the solids.
Shred the chicken and keep the chicken aside.
Now, pour boiled noodles into a bowl.
Add some more chopped green onions, chicken pieces and broth.
Add lime wedges, bean sprouts, mint sprigs, etc. to the platter and serve.
