Ingredients

plain flour

assorted nuts
(pecan, walnut and almond)

cup
butter
salted at room temperature

tbsp
sugar

tsp
vanilla extract
powdered sugar
Instructions
Toast the assorted nuts.
Manually chop them into smaller pieces. You may also use food processor to do this.
In a large bowl, combine flour, chopped nuts, sugar, vanilla extract and butter.
Use the tip of your fingers to rub butter with the rest of the ingredients until they form a soft dough.
Form dough into a ball, cover it and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll dough into small balls.
Bake at 170C for 20 minutes.
Roll the balls in powdered sugar while they are still warm.
Leave the balls to cool for about 15 minutes.
Once cooled, coat with powdered sugar again.
Assemble your snowman. I used condensed milk as 'glue' to hold the eyes and nose together.
