Instructions
Stir fry the vegetables with some salt, cumin powder, and coriander powder.
Fry the egg separately and mix it with the veggies.
Add sauces and stir well. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Add noodles and mix it with the gravy.
Sprinkle green onion and black pepper and serve.
