cleaned and cut

calamansi

according to your liking

Ingredient B (Slice)

young ginger

large onion

shallots

garlic
Instructions
Coat the fish with Ingredient A.
Marinate the fish for around 30 minutes.
Grill the fish until it is fully cooked. Then, put it aside.
Heat the pan with a little bit of oil.
Sauté Ingredient B until you can smell the aroma.
Turn off the stove and sprinkle the ingredients on top of the fish.
