Taiwanese Minced Meat on Rice

Yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat

red onion

cooking oil
25g
bok choy
Sauce:
1g
black vinegar
6g
soy sauce
1g
dark soy sauce
55g
water
5g
sugar
5g
black pepper
1g
star anise
2g
dried bay leaf
1g
five-spice powder
cornstarch
Instructions
In a pan, heat up oil and fry the Yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat and onion until slightly brown.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and add the mixture to the pan, stir well with the Yumeat™ Plant-Based Minced Meat.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Thicken sauce with cornstarch if needed.
Pour over cooked rice and serve with bok choy.
