Instructions
Marinate the chicken with salt and half of the pounded ingredients for about 1 hour.
Grill until it is fully cooked.
Heat the oil in the pan.
Sauté the pounded ingredients until fragrant.
Add in the lemongrass, fennel, cumin, Javanese acidic water and salt.
Add some water and leave to boil. Pour the gravy on the chicken.
