white radish
sliced

shallots
sliced
2
cloves
garlic
sliced

ginger
sliced

chicken seasoning powder
salt
as per taste

water
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan.
Sauté the shallots, garlic and ginger.
Add 3 cups of water and fresh chicken carcass.
Let it boil for 15 minutes and add some chicken seasoning powder and salt.
Add the sliced white radish into the pot.
Let it boil for while before serving.
You may serve it in a bowl with a sprinkle of sliced spring onions, celery leaves and fried onions.
