to desired consistency
cooking oil
turmeric powder
to taste

Instructions
Cut beef into thin slices, and add turmeric and salt. Mix thoroughly to combine, and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Add oil into a pan, and place the beef slices into the pan. Add a little bit of water and a little bit more oil.
Let the beef slices cook thoroughly.
Add the onions, green chilies, and red chilies. Fry until onions are wilted and golden brown.
Stir-fry for one more minute, then plate. Serve hot.
