In a container, mix garlic, black and white pepper powder, ginger, oregano, rosemary, and salt to create a marinade. Add beef slices and leave to marinate overnight in the fridge.
Once time to cook, heat the pan with some olive oil. Add beef slices and grill the beef until it is cooked.
Fry the garlic and ginger until crispy. Sprinkle it on top of the beef.
