turmeric powder

black pepper powder
to taste

Sauce Base

bulb
large onion
sliced

cloves
garlic
pounded
cooking oil
water
salt
to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients, and add beef slices. Coat slices thoroughly.
Heat a pan with cooking oil, and saute sliced onions. Once onions are wilted, add in beef.
Add in some water and let beef cook until tender. Mix to combine the black pepper sauce thoroughly.
Season with salt to taste, and adjust to your preference. Serve hot.
