large onion

garlic

ginger
sesame oil
to taste
cooking oil
black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Instructions
Mix sesame oil with beef slices, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
In a hot pan, sauté the large onion, garlic and ginger with a little bit of cooking oil. Keep frying until fragrant.
Once fragrant, add the beef into the pan. Add some water to make a sauce. Mix again to combine.
Add the mustard greens and carrots. Let the dish cook thoroughly.
Season it with some black pepper and salt. Serve hot.
