Start by cleaning the boneless chicken leg. Cut leg into smaller pieces. Wash the pineapple, scoop out the flesh, and cut into small pieces. Wash the bell peppers, de-seed them, and cut into pieces.
Heat up a pan with cooking oil. Once hot, add and pan fry boneless chicken leg until golden brown. Add chopped green onions, minced garlic, sugar, soy sauce, and both of the bell peppers. Stir-fry well until ingredients are combined thoroughly and cooked.
Add pineapple chunks, and stir-fry once more. Remove from heat, and serve hot.
