Instructions
Cut bread into small cubes. Place in a bowl and mix with egg. Let it soak for a few minutes.
Oil the frying pan, set to low fire, place the bread egg mixture and shape it to a round shape.
Spread tomato paste, some cheese slices, cherry tomato, mushrooms, spinach, prawns. Then topped with more cheese.
Sprinkle water around the pan and cover with a lid. Let it cook at lowest fire for 10 minutes.
