Greek yoghourt

Creamy Tomato Rigatoni

Tomato puree

tbsp
Chicken broth or water

Greek yoghurt
Some
Minced garlic
Oil
for frying

Tomato sauce
optional but recommended

Instructions
Baked Chicken
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients overnight.
Bake at 180 C for 50 minutes.
Creamy Tomato Rigatoni
Add in tomato puree, yoghourt and broth. Stir on low heat until slightly thick.
Add in tomato sauce. Stir. Turn off heat.
Coat pasta with sauce before serving.
