Frozen fresh scallop

White onions
sliced

Large tomato
cut into small chunks
Small handful
of
Dried anchovy
Half block
of
Egg tofu
cut into small cubes
Broccoli
any greens should do

ml
Water
Instructions
Put the water or your anchovy stock to boil. I put the anchovy in a tea filter bag and cooked them together. Save so much time this way!
Put everything in the pot and let it boil for 2 minutes. Then turn to low heat and let it simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
