Carrot

Chicken drumstick
deboned and cut to smaller pieces

ml
Chicken stock
Oil
for frying
Instructions
Cook udon as per packet instruction. Set aside.
In a saucepan, fry onions until fragrant and translucent.
Add in chicken, carrot and broccoli. Stir fry for a few minutes.
Add in chicken stock and curry roux. Let it simmer until broccoli is soft.
Only pour the sauce onto the udon when ready to serve.
