Miso Salmon Cabbage Fried Rice

boneless salmon fillet
cut to small cubes
cup
chopped cabbage

eggs

minced ginger

miso paste

tsp

green onions
Oil
for frying
For Marination

Miso paste

tbsp
Grated ginger

tsp
Sesame oil
Instructions
Cook rice as usual and set aside.
Marinate salmon with the marination ingredients. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
In a pan, fry the eggs and scramble them. Set aside.
In the same pan, fry garlic until fragrant. Add cabbage. Stir fry for few minutes. Add some water and let it soften.
Add in salmon. Stir fry until salmon is cooked. Takes about 2 minutes.
Add in rice and mix. Pour in miso paste mixture.
Lastly, add in the scrambled eggs and green onions.
