Imagine that both you and your partner have just answered the taboo question of ‘When are you planning to get married?’ with the registration ceremony and wedding dinner. Before you could finally let your breath out for some break, you get bombarded with another round of questions about having a baby.
It could be overwhelming at times as having a baby does not really come as easy as we wish. Thus, we are here to share our experiences and if our story resonates with yours, we hope it helps to make you believe in yourself again.

The Journey of Conceiving Our Lovely Baby Boy
#1: Tying The Knot After Our Three-Year Relationship
As we are going to celebrate our 7th year anniversary this year, we would like to share our struggle in conceiving to provide support to every struggling couple.
Our married life started off with a typical question from the relatives during Chinese New Year:
So, when are you planning to have a baby?
Honestly speaking, we felt stressful whenever we encountered such question. How we wish to tell everyone that we have been trying hard.
We even consulted a doctor about our chances in conceiving a baby.
What the doctor said was truly hopeful:
Just keep trying. Don’t give up.
The doctor further reaffirmed that we were still young and we should not give up too soon. We have just been trying for one or two years.
It was still worth trying.
#2 Getting The Good News Unexpectedly
As we embarked on the journey of conceivinghood, we had faith in ourselves.
Here came that one random day, I got the feeling of giving the pregnancy test a try.
The feeling was so strong that I wanted to test it since I had an extra pregnancy test kit available at home.
Unlike the previous results that we usually saw one line on the test kit, I finally got the chance to see the two lines!
Feeling surprised and overwhelmed, I urged my husband to come over as I wished to share the joy with him. Being unaware of the situation, my husband was very into his computer game. He was reluctant to come over and see what was really going on!
As he saw me walking toward him angrily, he simply responded:
What? What do you want?
Without delay, I showed him the test.
Here’s another twist.

Finally!
He looked at me and asked me,
Is this true? Did you really get pregnant?
No matter how many times I said ‘Yes’, he was still a little sceptical.

#4 Enjoying The Next Life Chapter Despite Some Sacrifices
After giving birth to our baby boy, we hardly have our full eight hours of sleep.
On top of this, we have to forgo our movie date nights that we used to enjoy before having a baby.
However, it was truly worth our sacrifices as we saw our baby boy smiled.
We are now savouring every moment of his growing journey. We wish to be in every part of his growth and development as he would not stay as little and cute as he is now in the near future.
Thus, we wish to share our family’s joy with every struggling couple who are still trying their very best on conceiving.
Never give up!
