When it comes to exercising or staying fit, the first thing that always comes to mind is – gym.

Is the gym not for you?

Instead of going to the gym, how about you try 20 minutes stroll twice a day, around your neighbourhood?

FUN FACT: A stroll or simply by walking, will not only help you burn a few calories but it will also help to clear your mind.

If you did not have the time to take a walk because of your children, why don’t you just bring them along with you.

It is going to be more fun and less lonely. Walking with your children will make them exhausted, and this way, you are going to kill two birds with one stone – both you and your child will be healthier and he will go to bed early since he is already tired during the day.

You could invite another mum and her children to take a walk with you, too.

Other than that, you may also learn to exercise at home with the help of hundreds of trainers from Youtube.

There are so many fitness trainers who have created videos on how to stay fit in just one click away. Just search for the most suitable one(s) and start work that bottoms up!

JUST GO FOR IT!

There is nothing hotter than a confident mum. This is going to drive everyone crazy to see you flaunt your confidence in that beautiful dress!

Just because you are a mum, it does not mean that you have to hide your tiger stripes or dress conservatively.

Put on that confidence and show off that really pretty ‘kebaya’ that you have kept in your closet for so long.

Remember, even when you are a mum, you have a personality and a style of your own.

Be true to who you are, and I promise that your kids and husband will thank you for that later.

Don’t Forget To Eat

I know sometimes we put ourselves last as mums, and that might mean not eating as much as we should.

Well, guess what? Today, that is going to end!

You need the energy to function just as much as your kids do. Remember that you are responsible for your beautiful babies and in order to take care of them, you need to take care of yourself first.

Food is important to become a hot mummy and by that, I don’t mean that you can just eat any food.

Healthier choices are always better! Meal prepping the ingredients or prepare some of the dishes during the weekend so you have them ready earlier and only need some preheat before eating.

It might not be easy in the beginning, but you are going to get used to it.

Extra Care For The Skin

Yes, bouncy and youthful glowing skin is our main objective when it comes to ‘hot mama’!

Our skin is one of the biggest organ and essential throughout our life. One thing that you can do is so take good care of it even when you are older.

In order to be a sexy mama, you have to be in love and comfortable with your skin.

Get yourself some good skincare products and drink a lot of plain water to make sure your skin stays moisturized and hydrated, especially if you have dry and sensitive skin.

Trust me, tour skin is going to thank you for that. You will feel good and more confident in yourself.

Know Yourself Better

Be honest and be true to yourself. If you are tired, just take a rest.

If you are sleepy, simply take a nap. We all need a nap sometimes.

And if you want someone to watch over your children while you are taking a nap, it is okay to ask for help.

Be honest with yourself about how much you can and cannot do. You should not be too hard on yourself that it reaches the point of burnout.

Take your time and relax whenever you need it.

It is very important to love yourself first.

Treat yourself well and just do what you like because that is what you deserve while busy being a good mother.

Always try to be positive and flush away all the negativity out of your way to becoming a hot mum.
