Ingredients

  • 2 cans braised abalone
  • 5 pieces dried mushroom
  • 1 stalk broccoli
  • 4 cloves garlic diced
  • Some oil

Instructions

  • Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and soak them in salted cold water for 10 minutes.
  • Cook broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain and plate with abalone.
  • Soak the mushrooms until soft.
  • Drain the mushrooms.
  • Heat oil. Then, stir fry garlic and mushrooms until fragrant.
  • Add abalone sauce. Simmer mushrooms over low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Place broccoli and abalone on serving plate.
  • Pour the cooked mushrooms and sauce over plated ingredients. Serve.

Notes

TIP: Make sure to cut the broccoli to bite size so that kids can enjoy the dish!
