Instructions
Boil 1 packet of macaroni.
Add a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
Toss the water once done.
White Sauce
Mix a little bit of wheat flour, a little bit of brown sugar, salt in 1 cup of fresh milk.
Boil it for a while, then add cheese.
When it's thick enough, set aside.
Baked Cheese Macaroni
Add a little extra virgin olive oil in the pan, fry the onion and garlic.
When it smells fragrant, add 200 grams of chicken.
Add tomato puree, pasta sauce and chilli powder.
Add vegetables such as carrots, celery and diced tomatoes.
Add a little black pepper powder, parsley and a pinch of oregano powder.
Mix in 2 cubes of chicken stock, let it cook.
Then, add the boiled macaroni and mix well.
Sprinkle in some Parmesan Cheese.
Transfer to a bowl, place the cooked white sauce on it and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top.
Add another layer of fried macaroni, and pour in more white sauce and cover with another layer of mozzarella cheese.
Place 4 slices of cheddar cheese on top.
Finally, place in the oven over low heat at 160°C for 15 minutes (may vary depending on the oven).
