Add water into your boiling pot according to your desired measurement for the tom yam soup.
Add in the garlic, lemongrass stalks and chicken first.
Next, add into the tom yam and chili paste along with the galangal, coriander roots, kaffir lime leaves, bird's eye chili, sliced Holland onions, baby corns, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes and lime juice.
Add in prawns, evaporated milk, and stir well.
Leave to boil then spinkle in your chicken cube and salt to taste. Leave to simmer for another few mintues.
As your soup simmers, add coriander leaves. Stir well and leave to simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
Once your soup is boiling, it's time for your egg noodles. Boil your desired portion of egg noodles beforehand (this should take 5-10 minutes) and add to your boiling pot of tom yam noodles.
Leave to boil and simmer for at least another 5 minutes. And you're done!
