Breastfeeding Techniques: Theory & Practical: Ms Mah Choy Yen will cover practical breastfeeding guidance, including the early questions many mothers may have around latching, positioning and starting the breastfeeding journey.
Newborn Hygiene, Care, Baby Swaddle & Massage: This hands-on session by Ms Nur Izzati Ayu will walk parents through everyday newborn care basics that can feel much easier once demonstrated in person.
Newborn Car Seat Safety: Experts from Quinton will share important safety tips for bringing a baby home and travelling safely with a newborn.
Pregnancy Nutrition Tips: Registered Dietitian Muhammad Muhaimin Bin Mohd Azlan will share helpful nutrition guidance for mothers during pregnancy.
Prenatal Fitness: Physiotherapist Ms Nik Azreen will lead a prenatal fitness segment to support mothers in staying active and comfortable during pregnancy.
