Ingredients

Soup Base

  • cooking oil
  • anchovy seasoning powder
  • salt to taste
  • fried vegetable paste

Vegetables

  • 200 g broccoli cut into florets
  • 1/2 radish cut into chunks
  • 1 carrot cut into chunks
  • 1/2 celery sliced into segments
  • 3 leaves cabbage cut

Seasoning

  • 2 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin

Instructions

  • Start by adding all the vegetables into a pot of water. Bring water to a boil.
  • Add the seasoning, and let simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add the anchovy seasoning powder and fried vegetable paste into the pot. Mix to dissolve.
  • Once vegetables are soft, add salt to taste. Ladle into bowls, and serve hot.

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan.

  • Let it boil for 15 minutes and add some chicken seasoning powder and salt.
  • Add the sliced white radish into the pot.
  • Let it boil for while before serving.
