Which eggs, legumes, and soy are safe for my toddler?

Well, you can surely include eggs, legumes, and soy in your toddler’s diet. Especially for the non-meat eaters as they are rich in protein which can reduce your blood pressure. However, not all of these foods are safe for your toddlers. Some of them might be harmful to your toddler’s health. So, which ones are toddler-friendly and which aren’t?

Safe Eggs, Legumes, and Soy for Toddlers

Red bean
