Strawberry
Strawberries are rich in nutrients, including sugars, protein, vitamin A, vitamin C, carotene, folic acid, nicotinic acid, ellagic acid, dietary fibre, calcium, iron, and other minerals.

Selection Method
Good quality strawberries are bright red and shiny on the outside, with bright green pedicle leaves, without any damages or decay, the seeds on the epidermis are evenly distributed, and it has a strong fragrance that can be smelled.
Remember to always pay attention while selecting the strawberries, as strawberries with firm flesh and close stalks are the best choice.

Preparation Procedure
There are a few tips on how to clean strawberries.
Firstly, do not rush to remove or pluck off the stalk, because after removing the stalk, dirty water is likely to enter the pulp tissue from the gap.
Secondly, soak the strawberries in a small flowing stream of water for 10 -15 minutes. Use filtered water to sterilise and oxidise the remaining pesticides.
Then, rinse them carefully with plenty of water. Finally, rinse them with hot water then you can eat or serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 60 g White Rice Paste
- 2 Strawberries
Instructions
- After washing the strawberries, remove the stems and puree them.
- Cook the rice paste and ground strawberry puree in the electrical cooking pot for a few minutes.

Strawberry Milk Porridge
Ingredients
- 10 Grams White Rice Soaked
- 1 Strawberries
- 70 ML Formula Milk
Instructions
- Grind the white rice in a food processor, then add the milk to make rice porridge.
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks, and puree them in a food processor; strain through gauze.
- Bring the rice porridge to a boil with the strawberry puree.
