Baby Pizza

Can my toddler eat pizza? Absolutely, yes! With these healthy recipe, you may make a homemade pizza for your precious ones.

Ingredients

  • 45 g Bread
  • 1 Large egg
  • 3 Prawns deveined and steamed
  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach leaves
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1.5 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Cheese slices you may use cheddar and mozzarella

Instructions

  • Cut bread into small cubes. Place in a bowl and mix with egg. Let it soak for a few minutes.
  • Oil the frying pan, set to low fire, place the bread egg mixture and shape it to a round shape.
  • Spread tomato paste, some cheese slices, cherry tomato, mushrooms, spinach, prawns. Then topped with more cheese.
  • Sprinkle water around the pan and cover with a lid. Let it cook at lowest fire for 10 minutes.

One Pot Pork Ribs Sweet Corn Rice

Mummies may want to make their fussy eaters a one pot pork ribs sweet corn rice. As this dish is compatible with their palate and packed with healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 400 g Pork ribs marinated with garlic powder, mushroom powder, sesame oil
  • Small bowl of Sweet corn kernels
  • French beans cut into small sizes
  • 1/2 White onions sliced
  • 3 tbsp Minced garlic
  • Few slices of Ginger
  • Green onions
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Mushroom powder
  • 2 tsp Baby soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut aminos optional
  • 200 ml Chicken stock
  • 1.5 cup Uncooked rice

Instructions

  • Wash rice, place in rice cooker and add water till just covered. Set aside.
  • In a pan, add oil and pan fry marinated pork ribs until both sides are slightly brown and juicy. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, fry garlic, ginger and onions. Then add French beans and sweet corn. Fry for a few minutes.
  • Add in chicken stock, garlic powder, mushroom powder. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes. Add in soy sauce and coconut aminos. You can replace it with anchovy powder if no soy sauce is allowed yet.
  • Transfer to a rice cooker and place pork ribs on top. Sprinkle it with some green onions. Cook rice as per usual.

  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1.5 tbsp aby oat optional
  • 1 tbsp flour optional

Instructions

  • Mix banana and egg with whisk till well combined.
  • Add in flour and baby oat. Roughly mix. Texture should be yoghurt-like consistency.
  • Grease frying pan and scoop 1 tbsp of mixture. Fry each side at low fire for 1 to 2 minutes

Baked Chicken & Creamy Tomato Rigatoni

Ingredients

Baked Chicken

  • 1 Chicken whole leg
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghourt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Mushroom powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun spice
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Creamy Tomato Rigatoni

  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp Chicken broth or water
  • 1.5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • Some Minced garlic
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp Tomato sauce optional but recommended
  • Pasta

Instructions

Baked Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients overnight.
  • Bake at 180 C for 50 minutes.

Creamy Tomato Rigatoni

  • Add in tomato puree, yoghourt and broth. Stir on low heat until slightly thick.
  • Add in tomato sauce. Stir. Turn off heat.
  • Coat pasta with sauce before serving.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Rice
  • 3 Frozen fresh scallop
  • 1/4 White onions sliced
  • 1 Large tomato cut into small chunks
  • Small handful of Dried anchovy
  • Half block of Egg tofu cut into small cubes
  • Broccoli any greens should do
  • 700 ml Water

Instructions

  • Put the water or your anchovy stock to boil. I put the anchovy in a tea filter bag and cooked them together. Save so much time this way!
  • Put everything in the pot and let it boil for 2 minutes. Then turn to low heat and let it simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  • Prepare muffin tray and grease it.
  • Combine everything except toppings in a bowl.
  • Transfer to muffin tray. Add toppings.
  • Baked in a preheated oven at 200C for 25 minutes.

  • 1/2 packet Udon
  • 1/2 cube Curry roux
  • 1/4 White onion minced
  • 5 Broccoli florets cut smaller
  • 1/2 Carrot diced
  • 1 Chicken drumstick deboned and cut to smaller pieces
  • 150 ml Chicken stock
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cook udon as per packet instruction. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan, fry onions until fragrant and translucent.
  • Add in chicken, carrot and broccoli. Stir fry for a few minutes.
  • Add in chicken stock and curry roux. Let it simmer until broccoli is soft.
  • Only pour the sauce onto the udon when ready to serve.

Miso Salmon Cabbage Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup rice uncooked
  • 1 boneless salmon fillet cut to small cubes
  • cup chopped cabbage
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tbsp green onions
  • Oil for frying

For Marination

  • 1 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 tbsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions

  • Cook rice as usual and set aside.
  • Marinate salmon with the marination ingredients. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • In a pan, fry the eggs and scramble them. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, fry garlic until fragrant. Add cabbage. Stir fry for few minutes. Add some water and let it soften.
  • Add in salmon. Stir fry until salmon is cooked. Takes about 2 minutes.
  • Add in rice and mix. Pour in miso paste mixture.
  • Lastly, add in the scrambled eggs and green onions.
