Besides that, art students are called uneducated, lazy, and it is not easy for them to get any job in the future. I am an art stream student now and was in high school too. There are many comments that were thrown to me and my friends for being in the art stream class. Commonly, art stream students will be placed down at the bottom of the list. Why is that? Society has made people believe that being an art student will have no good future. Most parents would ask their children to dive into the science stream when they get their PT3 or PMR results. Some of my friends were forced to study science stream although they are not passionate about it and this saddens me. Children should be able to make their own decision on what they want to study.
