YB Hannah Yeoh, Minister of Youth and Sports, delivered her speech at Women Wellness Festival 2.0, highlighting the importance of prioritising women’s wellbeing and creating supportive spaces for women to thrive.

In her speech, YB Hannah Yeoh commended the organisers for contributing to the nation’s effort in building healthier, more resilient communities.

“This festival aligns with our mission at the Ministry of Youth and Sports to champion active lifestyles, mental resilience, and holistic wellbeing. When women are empowered to prioritise their health, our families, communities, and country become stronger. Events like this create a supportive space where women can move, connect, and thrive together.”

Attendees immersed themselves in Connect, Grow, and Elevate sessions, participating in sunrise yoga, sound healing, breathwork, journaling, and expert-led workshops on self-awareness, longevity, and empowerment.

A key highlight was the Founders Chat, where the founders shared their personal reflections on friendship, balance, and empowerment, and how community plays a transformative role in women’s wellness.

The festival ended with an intimate sharing “Just Stories” session, led by Jasmine King, bringing together the day’s reflections on sisterhood and connection.

Diane Chia, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Millennia Village shared, “We are deeply honoured to have YB Hannah Yeoh officiate the festival and champion the importance of women’s wellbeing. All of this would not have been possible without our sponsors, partners and every person who showed up today with an open heart.

Our goal was to create a safe, inspiring space where women can learn, connect, and invest in themselves. Seeing this community show up for one another reminds us that when women support women, incredible things can happen.”

“This festival surpassed all expectations, from the energy to the turnout to the depth of conversations happening across every session. Wellness is not just an individual journey; it is a collective experience.

Collaborating with our sponsors and partners enabled us to bring a richer, more holistic experience to every individual. Together, we are redefining what it means to live well and to show up with intention,” said Raja Jesrina Arshad, Founder and CEO of PurelyB.

“Being part of Women Wellness Festival 2.0 has been incredibly meaningful. To witness women not only show up for themselves but also each other, reminds us why we started this movement in the first place.

I’m grateful to have contributed to a space that encourages community, healing and self-discovery. We’re already excited for what’s next,” said Sarah Lian, Founder of Supparetreat.

Women Wellness Festival 2.0 continues to redefine wellness not as a privilege, but as a lifestyle, encouraging every woman to leave feeling seen, inspired, and empowered to prioritise her wellbeing.
